SMALL WOLRDS Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the "Online Ticket Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") as follows.
Only customers who agree to these Terms and Conditions may use the Online Ticket (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by SMALL WOLRDS.

1. This is a sales window opened for customers who wish to purchase tickets in advance from overseas. Please use another sales site if you are in Japan.
2. This service is intended for those who have purchased tickets to SMALLWOLRDS in advance using the Internet environment. Any use of this service for purposes other than those for which it is provided is prohibited.
3. After payment is made, an electronic ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please present the ticket when entering the facility.
Article 2 Ticket Sales
1. We will not be held responsible for any trouble arising from or in connection with a mistake in the entry of the purchaser's e-mail address.
Article 3 System
1. The Service is provided at the purchaser's own risk, and the purchaser is responsible for the settings and operation of the computer or cell phone (hereinafter referred to as "electronic device") used by the purchaser, as well as for the use of the Internet environment,
The Service is intended for pre-purchasers who are able to set up, operate, and use the Internet environment of their Electronic Devices at their own risk.

If an online ticket has been processed for admission in error, please contact the ticket office.
If you are unable to log in to the online ticket, please present the "Purchase Payment Email" to the ticket office.
Article 4. Refund Processing
1. Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after payment is processed. Refunds will be accepted only within 7 days from the date of payment. Please note that you will be responsible for any handling fees related to the refund process.
